Can call out on SP2, can't receive on SP2 w/ GV Obi202

I just set up yesterday:

Obi 202

A cordless phone set up as SP1 with my wife's google voice number - we will use this as a primary home phone (new house in country has NO mobile service) - Works great, make and receive calls, no problem.

A separate cordless phone set up as SP2 with my google voice number - this will be my home office line.
I can call out on this line, when i do, my GV number shows up on receiving phone's caller I.D., all good.

When I call my GV # the phone plugged into the SP2 port does not ring.

I hear 4 rings in the earpiece of the phone i'm calling from, then I get my GV voicemail.

I've got the boxes on the configuration page checked to receive and send calls on SP2 with that configured phone... any ideas?

AAAAAnd I just checked 'Forward calls to Google Chat' and all is good...

Answered my own question (sorry!).
