Please help me set up my Obi 200

I have completed all connections and setting up my Google voice account.  My Obi is not recognizing Google Voice.  I know there is a final step that needs to be done, I think with Google Voice, that I have not completed.  I looked through all the literature and I have 2 other Obi's but I forgot how to do this last step.  Please help.

Have you ticked 'Chat' as one of the forwarding phones in GV settings?

That's it.  Where do I find Google Chat?  I am reading the documentation from last year and I still can not find Google chat in my Google voice account.

Played around on Google Chat.  Finally, I was able to get Google chat to come up.  It wasn't appearing on my account for some reason.  Now it seems I am all set.  Thank you.
