If you later replace the OBi200 with an OBi202 you can use a standard 4-conductor phone cord between the PHONE1 jack on the OBi202 and CN1 on the Panasonic. The PHONE1 jack is wired with both circuits. The 202 will provide CO Line 1 and CO Line 2.

I want to thank you for the help! CO 1-3 does not connect however CO 4-6 does. I originally tried the former as that is how the external jack was connected to the system. After opening the pbx, I found the CO 4-6 jack. And it worked.
