Thanks Taoman, Simonics looks like it may be the way to go. Is that a one time charge of $5.99 or is there an additional monthly or yearly charge? Does Simonics gateway work if you have two (2) OBi 200's setup using the same account(s)? Since the OBi 200 in Brasil is the only device having registration issues I would set it up with Simonics or would I have to setup both?
I have one OBi 200 in Calif and one in Brasil and they both use the same two GV accounts.
Thanks again for the help.
It is a one-off charge. No additional periodic charges.
You can have multiple OBis (or SIP phones) on one GV number. Simonics can give them separate "extension" numbers, A bit like Callcentric. http://support.simonics.com/support/solutions/articles/3000031447-how-do-i-call-between-extensions-mini-pbx-feature-

If you were going to use the Simonics gateway and both OBi devices would use the same 2 GV accounts you would need to configure Simonics on both devices. You can't be logged (actually it's authenticated) into one GV account via OBitalk web portal and authenticated into the same GV account via Simonics gateway. It's one or the other.
So you would need to pay a one-time fee of $5.99 twice......once for each GV account.
But you could have multiple OBi devices using the same GV account thru the Simonics gateway as drgeoff described.

Thanks, will wait a couple of days to see if this fixes itself, if not will sign up for Simonics. Will update this post once I get it working one way or another.
Thanks to all for your help and guidance.

There is a way to circumvent this problem. You can use the USA OBi200 like a proxy server for the Brazil OBi200, routing inbound calls to Brazil via OBiTalk network and outbound calls to USA. It's probably better to use Simon's GV Gateway, but I thought I'd give you another option. This will give you more time to see if you can fix the problem. A GV account will only allow 2 simultaneous calls, so a 3rd call will fail. If you have 2 active simultaneous calls, one form USA and another from Brazil a third inbound call that normally will give a Call Waiting tone will fail.
To route inbound calls to Brazil use OBi Expert to make the following changes:
USA OBi200
Voice Services -> SPx Service -> X_InbounfCallRoute: ph,pp(xxxxxxxxx)
Change xxxxxxxxx to the OBi number of the Brazil OBi200's OBi number
Brazil OBi200
Voice Services -> OBiTalk Service -> InbounfCallRoute: ph
Routing outbound calls to the USA is a little more difficult. I'll show you how if you are interested.
Edit:
Are you using Callcentric for inbound GV calls? If you are then inbound GV should be currently working in Brazil and you only have to setup outbound calls.

Have signed up for Simon's GV but can't seem to locate clear instructions on how to setup OBi using that method. Can any of you give me a step by step on how to set it up on one of my lines, I am currently using CallCentric on SP1, GVxxxx on SP2 and trying to setup Simon's GV on SP3 using a different GV account than the one I am using on SP2. Hope that's clear.
