2017-11-02 UPDATE
- 4:00 PM EDT . . . problem appears to be resolved (at this time) where status for all SP's on OBi202 and OBi100 shows "Connected"  WOO HOO!!!   ;D

ORIGINAL POST FOLLOWS . . .

Less than 48 hours after this (same) problem occurred AND approximately 24 hours after it was resolved, 5 of 6 of the SP lines on my OBi202 and OBi100 are not working and echo the following system voice message...

no service configured error please log in to obitalk.com to configure your device

After logging into my OBi202 account I find the status for SP1, SP3 and SP4 reads...

Backing Off :
TCP connection to
125.202.125.75 failed

...instead of "Connected" as is typical.  Currently SP2 still reads "Connected" but (as happened previously) I am certain that it will soon read the same as SP1, SP3 and SP4 (as noted above).

After logging into my OBi100 account I find the status for SP1 and SP2 reads...

Backing Off :
TCP connection to
125.202.125.75 failed

It is currently 12:32 PM EDT and I will be leaving for a couple of hours and will UPDATE everyone once I return.

Till then, I hope it does not take TEAM OBi another 24 hours (again) to resolve this problem.

I have the same issue grrrr!

Same problem for me on 2 devices, the interesting thing is that the ip address listed cannot be pinged from my network nor can they be pinged from my cell which is on a totally different network.

Anybody know what is really happening here?

Same here-

Backing Off :
TCP connection to 125.74.194.173 failed

Since I can still make/receive calls via Hangouts/Google Voice, it appears Google Voice MAY not be the problem.  However, Google has made changes in the past that has affected OBI customers.

Would someone from OBI confirm this outage and let us know they are working to rectify the problem?  Then we can monitor this forum thread for status and not re-report the outage.

Thanks Very Much in Advance
Regards
