^^Read the other posts about this issue.. There's dozens of them.

If your device is a 200 series, do a firmware update.  If 100 series then your options includes using simonics gateway, a pbx, or upgrading to the 200 series ($6, free but time consuming, not so free, respectively).

I've seen this is threads from 2012 - but this morning after making a few calls I began getting "you are not connected" errors - on obitalk I see

Backing Off :
TCP connection to 125.69.125.74 failed

Per the suggestions in the forums I did  ***6 (no updates available)
And I removed and reset our SP1 and SP2 GV entries

No change... :-(

Submitted ticket to support and am waiting for an answer

All Fixed - as per the posts below - I moved the DNS servers and bingo I was up and running  ;D

Changing DNS servers is not the fix.

Thanks for making this all clear.  That post wasn't on google search results when I first began searching for a solution.  Since I have an Obi100 guess I am just dead in the water since they will not be issuing firmware updates for us.  I don't want to make an even more complex setup using a 3rd party site to just to keep using this thing so I think I am going to finally upgrade to a more current model.

Comodo's DNS are working fine for now.  You can use them and hopefully a sale on the 2XX's will pop up before they stop working.

Get a clue.  This has been explained endlessly.  Changing DNS will not fix this problem.  AND, yes, the OBi 200 series are on sale right now.
