Two possibilities I can imagine.

1.  Do a factory reset.  https://www.obitalk.com/info/faq/obi-ip-phone/phn-factory-reset.

2.  Was it in the middle of a firmware upgrade?  Maybe this is the equivalent of flashing red/green power LED of the ATAs.  In which case http://www.obihai.com/support/troubleshooting/alt may be helpful.  That procedure will probably not work over Wi-Fi so connect with an ethernet cable.  You can download an old firmware from http://www.obitalk.com/forum/index.php?topic=9.0.  If that gets the phone back into operation you will probably want to get the very latest firmware by clicking the yellow triangle which will (maybe later) appear against the phone on your dashboard at obitalk.com.

If either of these succeed please be sure to report back here as I believe this is the first time this problem has been posted.

I tried a hard reboot holding down home and back button for 15  seconds, phone still has red and 2 green lights on solid at the bottom. How can i reflash if I can't access the phone from the web or my pc?, do i need to send phone back to Obihai?

Uncharted territory.  :(

Have you checked your router's DHCP client list in case the OBiphone is not on the IP address that you think it is?

I looked at my router it's not seeing the phone it's dead, lucky for me I bought a 3 year warranty for $17.03 I already ordered a new phone, I'm sending the dead one back to asurion once they realize they can't fix it they will send me an amazon gift card. the new phone will be here friday. I work from home 1 day a week and can't be without it. The new warranty for 4 years only cost me $10.91 a bargain. How easily can I switch the phone id so I will have all 5 of my lines back without having to enter all the credentials?
