If the OBi obtained a valid IP address, then it should be able to reach the OBiTALK echo test. You can't do anything else until you figure that out.
You can try deleting the OBi device from your OBiTALK web account. Look at the OBi number printed on the bottom of the device. Look at the OBiTALK dashboard. If that number is displayed, then delete it.
Then, unplug all three things from the OBi: the Ethernet cable, the telephone cable, and the power cable. Using a straightened-out paper clip, turn the OBi over onto a flat surface, find the bump with the hole in it, gently insert the paper clip into the hole until you feel a slight click, and hold it down. While holding it down, plug in only the power cable. Keep pressing the button while you wait at least 10 seconds. Release the button. Wait until the device resets and the power LED stops blinking. Unplug the power cable. Plug in the other two cables. Plug in the power cable and wait for it to boot up.
Press ***1 and confirm you have a valid IP address starting with either 192.168 or 10.0, not 169.x.x.x. Press **9 222 222 222 and see if it works.
