Simon Gateway and OBI 110 Problem - No incoming audio on calls

Two of my Obi 110's stopped working today, so I tried signing up with Simon Telephonics.

The setup process went fine and I have SP1 on my Obi 110 set to GVGW.
It shows as Registered.

I can make outgoing calls and the phone will ring for incoming calls, but I cannot hear any audio on the phone once the call is answered. I can hear the call "ringing" on the other end of an outbound call, but once the call is answered, I hear no audio.

I believe the user on the other end of the call can hear me, but I cannot hear them.

Any ideas on why the incoming audio is not working?

If not already done, make sure SIP ALG is disabled on your router.

I got it working.

I followed the complete reset procedure listed in this post:

And then setup SP1 using this post:
http://www.obitalk.com/forum/index.php?topic=13147.msg84459#msg84459

That did the trick!

Now I need to sign up for Simon GVGW on my 2nd Obi 110.
