I don't recall that it was ever possible to do that without the use of third party software acting as a bridge.  As of 1 July, Microsoft turned off all old Skype cient versions and the current ones do not have the APIs for other software to interface with them.

ippi.com have/had a bridge which had worked for me some time in the past but I had no success with it the last time I tried to do some "experiments" earlier this year.

siptosis is a free Skype gateway. Don't know if it still works. See link below. The last reply was on September 2012.

I had a similar need, and the workaround was to forward all skype calls to  a specific GV account used by the Obi200
