A continues long and loud beep sound while talking

My Obi200 use obi line to connect to a pstn line and setup a call forwarding  to sp1(google voice). I didn't change any setting of sp1 except the forwarding number. The forwarding function went smoothly but every time I answer the transferred call ,It will sound a very loud and continues beep at about 30s. I have to hang up the call and redial.

 Is there anyone have same problem? Please tell my how to solve it. Thanks.
