Nothing audible with outgoing calls - Obi100 with Simonics GVGW

I have an Obi110 and recently added went with Simonics GVGW

I am now getting non-stop calls in middle of the night and day which are direct into my OBI. No record of those calls in Google voice.

Any ideas how to resolve this?
