FirmwareUpdate_110

My OBi 110 was working fine until last weekend.  Then I found when I tried to mak a call, a recording states No Service,  Go to ObiTalk.  Can't receive calls either.  No Incoming nor Outgoing calls.  What happened to it?  Is there another firmware update?

Ibought a OBi202 and I just set it up and working.  Can I set up this old OBi 110 on another phone (in another room) with the same GV phone# -- so that when someone calls, it will ring on both phones -- similar to an extension on a landline?

TIA

The reply in the above link states:

"OBi200

Voice Services -> SPx Service -> X_InboundCallRoute: ph,pp(200222222)

Voice Services -> OBiTalk Service -> InboundCallRoute:
{200222222:spx},{ph}
......"

I am a newbie.  I don't know what that is?  And How do I get to it?

TIA

You need to use OBi Expert to make the configuration changes.
Log into your OBiTalk account.
To enter OBi Expert easier, click on Edit Profile on the left column.
Near the bottom of page, check "Enable OBi Expert Entry from Dashboard"
Click Submit Query
Click OBi Dashboard on the top left column
To the right of the OBi200 and OBi110 is their 9 digit OBi Number
You will need those numbers for the config changes

To enter OBi Expert click the icon with the red E to right of the OBi200

Voice Services -> SPx Service -> X_InboundCallRoute: ph,pp(200222222)
Assuming GV is defined on SP1:
Click Voice Services on the left column then click SP1 Service
Find setting X_InboundCallRoute
Uncheck the box under OBiTalk Settings
Uncheck the box under Device Default
Change the Value to ph,pp(200222222) replacing 200222222 with the 9 digit OBi Number for the OBi110
Click Submit at the bottom of the page
OBiTalk will download the config to the OBi200 and reboot

Voice Services -> OBiTalk Service -> InboundCallRoute:
{200222222:sp1},{ph}
Click Voice Services on the left column then click OBiTalk Service
Update InboundCallRoute the same as above

Go back to the dashboard and update the OBi110 the same way

You're done
Enjoy

Edit:
You have an OBi202, not an OBi200
The above will send inbound calls to Phone1 and the OBi110

If you want to send calls to Phone2:
ph2,pp(200222222)

If you want to send calls to Phone1 and Phone2:
ph,ph2,pp(200222222)
