Help with setup Obi202

I had a great setup with my Obi 110 but with the recent changes in GV I was told that I had to upgrade to a newer Obi. 

I am trying to setup my obi so all all 10 digit calls go through GV (do we need to add 1 infront) and anytime I dial 011 for international it goes through Poivy account. 

I would appreciate any help.  I have tried to set up Obi202 similar to Obi110 but was not successful.  Thanks
