Please help.  I am totally lost.  I have two OBI 1032 devices that are connect to two different ethernet ports on my router.

I have one Google voice telephone number.
Both telephones are 'connected' on SP1 to that google voice telephone number.

1.  I can not "transfer" calls from one device to the other device.
2.  I can not place an inbound call on hold on one device and pick it up on the other device.
3. I can not dial the extension of one device (20#) from the other device (21#) - Yes I called myself linking the two devices.

I returned the two obi1022 telephones because I thought they were not function correctly or could not perform the above functions.  I am having the same issue.

Please help.

Have you followed https://www.obitalk.com/ozone/link-devices ?

Thank you for your response.  Yes, both devices are "linked" together within my dashboard.

Go to https://www.obitalk.com/obinet/pg/obhdev/obilink and click the 'Read more' link under 'How to transfer a call'.

Re: Item 2.  "I can not place an inbound call on hold on one device and pick it up on the other device."

You are not able to do this as the Obi1032 is a digital device and does not function like the old analog phones.  You would need to transfer the call to the other device and then answer it there.
