Obi200.... call comes in no matter whom it is...it reads

UNKNOWN CALLER
1-222-333-4444

Obi100... call comes in...it reads (the same way the phone number & name is stored on the phone)

went to Simon Services paid the one time fee hooked the Obi100 back up....bingo all back to normal.

Anybody wanna buy a cheap Obi200?

Hi,

You are using Google Voice service (account xxxxxx@gmail.com) and so no Caller ID Name (CNAM).  Only Caller ID Number.
