Obi110: stopping AA from ringing phone if no keypress? <solved>

Got an Obi110 very recently purely for the purpose to reduce unwanted callers; specifically the type that rings and there's no-one at the other end.

The concept of "press 1 to continue" was most appealing and have it set up with a whitelist so regular family & friends ring straight through and bypass the AA. All incoming calls are via PSTN and my outgoing via a single SP1.

There is a quirk however with potential to spoil things:

If there is no key press after the AA repeats 3 times, the damn phone rings.

Any way to prevent that and hangup or send to a dead route?

I had hoped a simple OBCR for AA like {(0):ph},{sp2} would do it but no joy. Note that SP2 in this case is not used.

Anyone with a soloution please?

Cheers<

From the Admin Guide (http://www.obihai.com/OBiDeviceAdminGuide#_Toc367543096)

"NumberOnNoInput.  / In the case that the caller does not enter any option from the top level menu after the menu has been announced for 3 times, the AA directs the caller to the number specified in this parameter. If this number is not specified, the AA simply terminates the current call. / 0.  Note: According to the default DigitMap and OutboundCallRoute, calling 0 means calling the PHONE port"

So clear that field and set the OutBoundCallRoute to {0:ph}.
