No incoming calls using obi100 as sip client extension with asterisk server

I am using the obi100 web interface and I can't see to configure it to accept incoming calls. Outgoing calls work fine. Any help?

Is the OBi showing as 'Registered'?  Either on its status page or Asterisk status info?
