Speed Dial Setup

Not sure how to use speed dial function.

Attached is a picture of how I set it up in Obitalk. Sure think I did it right but if someone would confirm that it would be great.

So on my phone how do I use these speed dial numbers? I know I don't just hit 3 and it calls the person as that was the first thing I tried. I'm hoping there is some code I type first.

Last I should add that my phone does not have native speed dialing capabilities. Perhaps that means I just can't use speed dialing?
