Obi1022 too loud

Hi,

My company has over 10 Obi1022 deployed and are working great.

One compliant is that Obi1022 is very loud (both speakerphone and handset) despite the volume is at 0.  I did some search about adjusting the volume via ChannelTxGain and ChannelRxGain.  However, Obi1022 Expert configuration does not seem to have both options.

Any suggestion on how to adjust the volume base line such that volume 0 can be less loud..

Have you tried the Volume settings in User Preferences?

Yes, I tried different volume settings under User Preferences.  They are not changing the baseline of the volume..   So,

I have the same problem with my 1022- have to hold the handset away from my head even when set at 0.

Why don't you simply press the volume-down button on the phone while you're on the call?
