Can't dial International numbers

(1/5) > >>

N7AS:
I want to call International numbers going out SP2 so I added
{011xx.:sp2}, to the beginning of my Phone PORT > OutboundCallRoute.

Just as a test, when I dialed my iNum number using the format 011 883 5100 xxxx xxxx I got a message saying "The number 0118835100xxxxxxxx was rejected by the service provider. Reason 480".
I can dial this number through a voice gateway ok.

When I dial a UK number 011 44 etc. nothing happens.

Where have I gone wrong?

RonR:
{011xx.:sp2} would send '011xx.' out the SP2 trunk.  Embedded DigitMaps must be enclosed in parenthesis.
While placing such a rule in the OutboundCallRoute wouldn't be my first choice, what you're looking for is {(011xx.):sp2}.

N7AS:
I tried that and had the same results. That error message was actually "reason 484" whatever that means.

RonR:
484 means 'Address Incomplete' (whatever that is  :) ).

What does your Call History show as the number sent out SP2?

N7AS:
Here is what I have:

Call 4   08/18/2011    18:03:02

Terminal ID   PHONE1   SP2
Peer Name
Peer Number   **2011883510008268993   011883510008268993
Direction   Outbound   Outbound
18:03:02   New Call
18:03:09      End Call (484 Address Incomplete)

and here is one I tried to a UK number that didn't go anywhere (no error message)

Call 2   08/18/2011    18:05:40

Terminal ID   PHONE1   SP2

18:05:45   End Call
