When making calls from your Localphone VoIP client please dial the full international number without the 011 prefix.
I tried it again and still nothing. This is my call history for that call.
Call 2   08/19/2011    02:24:13

Terminal ID   PHONE1   SP2
Peer Name                   Peer Number
**24408444444699   4408444444699
Direction   Outbound          Outbound
02:24:13   New Call
02:24:39      End Call (404 Not Found)

RonR:
Does SP2 status show that you are registered with LocalPhone?

Which SP2 / ITSPB settings have you configured?  Normally, the only things that need to be changed from Default are:

Service Providers -> ITSP Profile B -> SIP -> ProxyServer

Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> X_ServProvProfile : B

Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> AuthUserName

Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> AuthPassword

Did you leave:

Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> URI

at Default?

Are you sure 4408444444699 is a working/reachable number?  I believe there is a special/additional charge to the caller for calling UK 0844 numbers.  Are you sure LocalPhone allows calling 0844 numbers?

N7AS:
SP2 is registered with Localphone as I use it daily.

What say I do this...

Create another Voice Gateway - vg1
Name:               Localphone
AccessNumber: SP2(localphone.com)
DigitMap:          (xx.)    - (the default checked)
AuthUserID:      My UserID
AuthPassword:  My Password

then...

In PhonePORT > Digitmap > add 011(Mvg1)| (011 as trunk specifier)

and

In PHONE Port OutboundCallRoute: add {(<011:>(Mvg1)):vg1}, to what I already have there for the other Voice Gateways.

thus, when I precede an International number wirh 011 it would send only the number through Localphone. The 011 I think would be stripped from the number.

If you can use LocalPhone registered on SP2 to call any number except UK 4408444444699, what makes you think that using a Voice Gateway is going to change anything?  There's nothing magic about a Voice Gateway.  Your Call History indicates you're already sending just the number through LocalPhone (4408444444699).

Have you investigated the possiblity that LocalPhone simply doesn't support calling this number?

N7AS:
I guess I'l have to open another support ticket with them.
