Cannot complete your call.

I followed the guidelines in the tutorial.  My phone does have a dial tone but I cannot place calls or receive calls.   When I try to place a call the message says "we cannot complete your call".  When I try to call the number that is on the bottom of my obi202 the message says "welcome to verizon wireless, we cannot complete your call as dialed".   I did enter the 910 area code in my obi account so I didn't know if that might change my number.   Does anyone have any ideas about why I can't send or receive calls?  Thank you!
