Hi,

I was wondering if someone can help me with the following dial plan. This is what I have currently setup.

SP1/ITSPA = Google Voice
SP2/ITSPB = Canadian VoIP Provider

What I would like to achieve is the following:

When I dial 10 digits - It goes through SP2.
When I dial 1+10 digits - It goes through SP1.
When I dial 911 - It does through SP2.
When I dial 311 - It dials the number: 4163922489
Also to disable 1-900 numbers

Thanks in advance if anyone can help me.

RonR,

Perhaps with a few variations, this is a basic setup that I think most users need to satisfy their basic phone usage needs. It offers most of what users in North America would probably want.

It would be nice if the OBi portal offered wizards in the same fashion that this thread progressed.

The OBi wizard could ask some basic questions that 90% of the users would probably ask, then have the portal either give you the dial plan or download it to your unit.

There must be a way to apply some logic building a dial plan. I wish I had the skills to do it.
