Callcentric $1.50 a month... $18/yr.. 4.9¢ a day... Is that sufficiently cheap?

I don't use Bluetooth, but I got to thinking that if the Obi had Bluetooth to a cellphone that was near it, calls routed through it would also show GPS info.
Is this something that could work?

1. There are lots of phones that have Bluetooth but not GPS.
2. If a cellphone which does have Bluetooth and GPS is close enough to an OBi (with Bluetooth) for the Bluetooth link to work, then that very likely means that the cellphone is indoors. Where GPS tends not to work.

It boils down to how important 911 service is for you. I'd like to think of 911 service in a worst case scenario. One may need emt/police asap. Time spent getting transferred between call centers and/or getting your exact location may mean the difference between life and death. For a few bucks a year, the paid 911 service will always provide your address assuming e911 service is available in your area.
