I can recieve calls but outgoing calls ring once then busy

ok I have the OBI200 device setup and using google it was  working for about 2-3 days. I was able to call out and receive calls. But not I can only receive calls and the outbound calls only ring once then I get a busy signal. Any ideas on how to fix this?


Is this device need a daily restart?
