GV rings my phone, I answer but sends callers to voicemail most times

Is everyone still having this problem, as  I am?
And was the going to voicemail issue fixed as per the update here via GV engineer(s)?

Is anyone else having this additional issue as I am : (and it still happens on most calls, though many times after 10+ minutes on the call)

During an outgoing call I hear redialing tones at some point, as if someone had pressed redial on their phone. My phone was on a table, not held by me, as I use a corded headset. AND at that point and beyond, the caller tells me the volume of my voice has decreased and it's hard to hear me.

Thanks.

I've been working with the GV engineering team this evening.  They've got a handle on what caused it, and it should be working now.

Please feel free to bang on it and let me know.  I don't know if it matters, but it wouldn't hurt to power-cycle your OBis before testing.

Great news, thanks!

Still having all the same problems I mentioned in my post including the redialing sound and lowered volume,  as of March 22 2018 at 4:32 EST.

So I unplugged the power connection, waited 30 seconds, reconnected. After that,
it appears ALL calls are going to voicemail - at least the 4-5 I've gotten since then.

Is anyone seeing this fixed?

Does GV have a setting to turn off voicemail? I can't find it.

PS - I googled how to turn off voicemail, had to go into legacy GV, but my home phone is ringing via Obi 200, and is not a forwarding number..so is there a way to turn off voicemail another way?

Ditto:  we have been forwarding calls to cellphones for a week.  We tried call forwarding through Google Voice, and the calls are going immediately to voicemail.  This is still broken.
