As long as he can maintain reliable service at cheap rates it's worth a look. However, based on past experience and the fact it's a 1 or 2 man shop I would only use the service as an alternative outbound route configured as a Voice Gateway. Always good to have options available.

If you have an old Circlenet account, they will transfer your account and any credit to the new system. Just send an email request to sales@circlenet.us. After the transfer you only have to change the Proxy to "sip.circlenet.biz", the AuthUserID and Password will remain the same.
