obihai200 GV outbound call audio lost (seems random)

Hello all,
I have an Obihai OBi200 device running through GV, and have been running it for about 4 months, and before had a OBi100 for 5 years with nearly zero issues.
A few weeks ago, I noticed on some longer calls, that everything seems to work fine at first, and then randomly, perhaps 20 minutes into a phone call, the person I am talking to cannot hear me but I can still hear them.
There doesn't seem to be a way to correct this mid call which I can find, so I simply have to hang up and call them again. I find it unusual that audio works in both directions for a long amount of time, and then outgoing audio just drops.
My OBi200 device:
HardwareVersion 1.4
SoftwareVersion 3.2.1 (Build: 5794EX)
