Sorry, but they usually consider specific technical issues to be confidential.

Understandable wasn't asking for specifics, just curious so if it ever happens in the future we can refer back do this! And I was also curious why it wasn't happening to everybody that had Obi devices.

No worries: this was a one-off software bug. I'm sorry, but I can't discuss it in any further detail.

Certainly NOT fixed for me. Today both my Google 2 factor authentication and my wife's ATT cell rang once, and then disappeared. No further ring. No message. Ugh....
