I am trying to re-configure my OBI and i can't seem to get it to work.

I had previously set it up to use SP1 as the default line out and VG3 for Long distance. I had a Digit Map setup in ITSP Profile A for <**3>011xx. So any call to 011 was re-directed to VG3.

Since then i have changed my Default Line to PSTN. (Have a phone line connected to OBI110 & changed digit map to <**2>011xx. I have also disabled VG3. For some reason it still tries to call out VG3 and says service not configured. Am i missing something ? I also tried adding <**2>011xx. to digit map for Physical Interface >> Phone >> Digitmap but same outcome.

I would also like to add some numbers or area codes to make them call out via SP2. Not sure how to add these too.

Check to see if your changes are sticking. If you are using the local interface to configure the OBi110, OBiTalk will overlay your changes. You will need to disable OBiTalk Auto Provisioning on the OBi110 or use OBi Expert to make modifications.

I have made the changes via ObiTalk.com and rebooted my OBI. Confirmed i can see the changes on the OBI Local Webpage.

The digit map only affects what dialled numbers the OBi will accept. Routeing outgoing calls to a particular service provider is controlled by the OutboundCallRoute.

Use copy and paste to reply here with the Phone Port Digit Map and the Phone Port OutboundCallRoute.

Phone Port Outbound Call Route >> {(Mvg3):vg3},{([1-9]x?*(Mpli)):pp},{(<#:>|911):li},{**0:aa},{***:aa2},{(<**1:>(Msp1)):sp1},{(<**2:>(Msp2)):sp2},{(<**8:>(Mli)):li},{(<**9:>(Mpp)):pp},{(Mpli):pli}

Phone Port Digit Map >> <**2>011xx.|((Mvg3)|[1-9]x?*(Mpli)|[1-9]S9|[1-9][0-9]S9|911|**0|***|#|**1(Msp1)|**2(Msp2)|**8(Mli)|**9(Mpp)|(Mpli))

Remove the following from the outbound route.
{(Mvg3):vg3},

The digit map has the beginning parenthesis in the wrong place.
(<**2>011xx.|(Mvg3)|[1-9]x?*(Mpli)|[1-9]S9|[1-9][0-9]S9|911|**0|***|#|**1(Msp1)|**2(Msp2)|**8(Mli)|**9(Mpp)|(Mpli))

To route 8005551212 and area code 480 both with/without country code to SP2.
(<**2>(011xx.|1?8005551212|1?480xxxxxxx)|(Mvg3)|[1-9]x?*(Mpli)|[1-9]S9|[1-9][0-9]S9|911|**0|***|#|**1(Msp1)|**2(Msp2)|**8(Mli)|**9(Mpp)|(Mpli))

The ITSP B (SP2) digit map must have a rule that matches these numbers.

Thanks everybody that all worked.

I have one other issue with the OBI Phone Line. When i dial using the Phone Port which is the default, it takes 20 seconds before the call is placed out. I am not sure if its an OBI thing, but wondering if there is a timer setting in OBI which might cause this. I was going to hook the phone up directly and see if there is a lag also. My Phone port is a Sim Based Cellular Adapter for Home Phone.
