dashboard showing SP4 with "paused" status and suddenly inactive???

Hello. Without having prompted any changes, my SP4 that I used with Google Voice is now showing as "paused".  I had tried to look for a pause toggle in the settings and failing that, I moved onto just trashing the configuration for SP4 and reconfiguring it, but doing that just left the paused status as is.  Can anyone shed some light on what this means and how it was caused and most importantly, how to unpause my SP4?  Thank you!  :'( :'( :'(

same issue.  I deleted the device from my OBI account, did a factory reset, and reentered the credentials. That fixed the issue.  Tried a variety of other approaches before doing this, and none worked.
