Obi for healthcare office

(1/1)

plunderisley:
I'm trying to optimize the family's office bills. Right now, they are on Comcast and their contract finished which makes their 7 office lines (6+1 fax) about $250/month. I want to cut their office costs down and make it 5 lines + 1 fax.  One option I was looking at is Ooma Office which would be $20/month/user so about $120/month. Another thought is the Tmo Linelink which would be $10/month/line (we got Tmo service) and it could potentially work. They currently use a Comdial system (yes, that is a blast from the past) and it seems that the box just has the lines coming in from the Arris TM608G (rented from Comcast). I would assume it is just a simple switch out.
A final thought would be to get the Obi508vs and some voip provider. I guesstimate they use about 8000min/month, which probably 2/3 are outgoing and 1/3 are incoming. They also send and receive a few hundred faxes a month and that needs to be hooked up to the fax machine (all in one new HP).
What kind of options would I have? Any voip that I should be considering?
