So if I make an outgoing call, and the person I'm calling hasn't answered the phone after 60 seconds (still ringing), the call disconnects and a special information tone is played with the message "The number you dialed has not received a response from the service provider."
Is there any way to change this, maybe extend the time before the SIT is played or maybe disable this completely?
