Google voice on SP2- what is the exclamation point (bang)?

Continuing to familiarize myself with Obi products, reading forum, etc. Under my expert configuration, Voice services, SP2 Configuration, I see exclamation points next to several items.

What is the meaning of these? With GV and such making changes and transitions, want to be sure all is okay and I understand what the notice means.
