setup obi200 device is offline

I had 4 GV #s configured on my OBI200.
The primary line on SP1 stopped working during this changeover fiasco. Nothing I did worked so I finally did a ***8 1 to factory reset (after I tried the reset button).
After each reset I tried to configure the GV# on the portal. All it does is sit there configuring, finally telling me the OBI is offline - after it sent code to server and server rcvd it and proceeded with setup (obviously).
The same thing happens when I try to configure the previously working SP2 GV#.
or the previously working SP3 GV# or SP4. It comes back and tells me that SP1 is offline.

DID my OBI200 SP1 die==or WHAT is going on with this Polycom system???

Router is configured for port forwarding and DMZ - but it previously worked for a long time without this b4 it died.

Same problem here....

Just bought the new OBi200 device to replace the OBi100 that's worked like a champ for years.  I use one GV number and Anveo 911.

I deleted the old device and went to add the new device.  Like Bill reported, the portal sits showing configuring for several minutes and then shows Off-Line.  I've  factory reset, rebooted and updated FW to 3-2-1-5757EX without success.

Since my unit is new and showing Active Hardware Warranty and Premium Technical Support, I'll see what they have to say.

It is not unknown for Obihai's back end stuff to fail and when it happens during a weekend it doesn't get fixed until the Monday at the earliest.

Yep....  very likely.  Thanks.

I started to do this setup last night but the Obitalk Portal was down for scheduled maintenance.  This issue could be an unintended artifact of the changes made then.

Cheers.

I suppose it is possible yours is not update enough

waiting to hear what OBI has to say
