Setup Anveo Package with Obi200 - "Service Not Configured" on device still

Hi Everyone, I'm entirely new to all of this, and am struggling to get Anveo setup.

I just added my device today to Obitalk, and went through the process to create an Anveo account, but my SP1 is showing as Offline. When I visit the device itself through the IP address, it says "Service Not Configured" under the system status for SP1.

I did receive a phone number/confirmation from Anveo, and I've tried deleting SP1 and re-adding it without success. Did I miss a key step?
