Obi 1062 "Line Port" settings

The Obi 1062 has a settings menu for a LINE port. This isn't an ATA and as best as I can tell, the ports on the back cannot be used for an analog phone line. What do the menu settings control?

They control an OBiLINE if one is plugged in to a USB port. https://www.obitalk.com/info/products/obiline

However, I understand that the OBiLINE is a discontinued product.
