Can't import google contacts with obiextras

I just don't think they care too much about fixing it. How complicated can it be? Funny... they don't have any issues charging you for OBIextras. Now I regret starting my free trial.

OBI have completely gone dark ... ZERO customer support. Am going to request refund of ObiExtras, let's see if they will even do that.

Good news, for those having trouble with contacts in Extras, Obi did get back to me a couple days ago saying that they had downloaded a new firmware to my OBI200 and to try uploading contacts into OBIEXTRAS. It worked.

It's working for me now, too. Unfortunately, another feature--"Business 411 Connect"--has stopped working. That's the feature that allows you to press **, say a business name, and the Obi is supposed to give you the phone number.
