Cannot upgrade firmware on Obi 202

When I try to upgrade the firmware on my Obi 202, I get this:

- With ***6, Software update not available.
- When accessing the webpage, "The requested URL was not found!" Â The page
title starts with Obi1000, so I'm sure I have the right IP.

I see there has been a firmware update since I bought this Obi 202, and
another article indicates it might solve my problem, but how can I load the
new firmware?

The ***6 procedure does not currently get you the latest firmware.  The latest firmware should be pushed automatically to your Obi202 if it is in contact with the Obitalk portal.

What firmware revision is on your 202?  What problem are you having that you think a new firmware will solve?

I have a 202 I use just in the summer.  The firmware was old and wouldn't update on it's own.  I finally reset the OBi and deleted it from my dashboard.
when I added it back the firmware updated.

Ok I think the issue is resolved on the server and I can add my device now.  Finally!  Thanks for all your help.
