Upgraded to OBI200. Local answering machine used to work, now having issues.

We used to be able to use our voice mail machine on our phone, but it stopped working a month or two ago, for some reason. Now when it picks up, we just hear a dial tone. Then the caller gets routed to GV voicemail.

We upgraded to OBI200, thinking this was the problem and because of the email warning sent out by OBIHAI about GV discontinuing support for older devices. I figured maybe the voicemail glitch was due to this. However, the problem persists, even with the new device.

I've looked around the settings on GV site and on the OBITalk site and I can't find anything to change how this is working.

We really want to use our local answering machine again. Is this still possible? Please advise. Thank you.
