Author Topic: Domestic call normal, but cannot make international call on obi200  (Read 3148 times)

Hi, I have not been able to make an international call from US to China for about two months on my obi200. But the domestic calls are normal.

Dial international number, no any response, then automatic cut off.

Cannot find any solution from search, anyone can help me? Thank you so much.

What international number(s)?  The exact first 10 digits you are dialling?

If you use GV to make calls to China, do you have sufficient credit in your account? If not, then it won't connect you..

Thank you guys for reply.

I use GV. I still have about $5 in my account. Calling to cell phone 86*********** or landline 8621******** are not working. Still  cannot figure out what's wrong. Have done the factory restore twice.

Each time I dial an international call, the response is "We could not complete your call, please try again." I can make international calls on google voice on my computer.
