Belize telecom raised the antenna, and installed a new router (Linksys E1200) to improve the internet service at a friends house in Belize
now no VOIP
Their obi is connected on my dashboard, I even added a new SP (callcentric) yesterday,
nothing works, obi to obi, GV, CC or IPComms.
echo test no go

when they call me one ring then nothing
Could it be the new router?

BTL says they don't block VOIP

I tried to attach the call log, but I get an error message

 2: error_log(/var/log/forum/errors.log): failed to open stream: No such file or directory

still can't attach call log.
any ideas of what to look for when I use Teamviewer to log on the the computer in Belize, and look at the router?

Try to connect the obi to the modem (without the router in between) and try. That way you'll know if it's the router or not...
