Caller ID Lost

I had to replace a defective OBi110 and have setup both Google Voice and Broadvoice services on the device.  However, I now seem to have lost the name lookup service for caller ID.  The number is shown, but there is no longer any name associated with it.  I should add that virtually all of the received calls are to my Broadvoice number which was definitely showing the names before I had to swap out the defective device.  Any ideas as to what the problem might be?

For any GV calls, you are supposed to see only the number, caller name field is not supported by GV calls.

For your Boradvoice calls, yes, you should be able to see both name and number if the incoming call has both. You can take a look at the call history, is the name shown there?

Interestingly, the name for caller ID started appearing again today.  I didn't change anything so maybe there was an issue with the Broadvoice service.
