OBI200 - Latest firmware - Outbound calls - Unable to hear caller

I am long time user of OBI & GV. Used to have OBI100 and now upgraded to OBI200 few weeks ago. Connected fine on the config page, but have issues on outbound call. I am unable to hear the caller, but they can hear me fine. Tried it across all phones - cell, landlines etc.
Any suggestions would be appreciated

Update - reset my device per the instruction I found and re did the GV addition. Now I see the OBITALK's SIP info on the google voice settings, but only in the legacy site and not in the new site per the screen shot
