Dialing from Google Hangouts Contacts?

Is there a way to dial from Google Hangouts Contacts, and then talk on your OBi connected phone?
Something like this:
1. you select a phone number in Google Hangouts Contacts2. your OBi connected phone rings3. pick up your OBi connected phone and you are are speaking with the dialed phone number
