I have a OBi508 and I have tried multiple factory resets, and device resets however I cannot hear any audio from outgoing caller.  In coming calls are working perfectly fine.  I am running software version 4.0.5 Build: 5872EX.  Can someone please help me?  Thanks

Exact same problem has come up on  my oBI1062 on all google voice configured lines.
I just upgraded to latest firmware (OBiPhone-5-1-8-4643.fw) but problem persists.

This is not specific to Obi though. I have the same symptom come up this week, on
FreePBX Google Motif plugin. It has one way audio as well. Google has made some
changes but failed to tell the world. The one way audio only occurs during outbound calls.
Inbound calls work just fine.

Polycom has new firmware for the 508's.  They're testing it with a small number of users, and it should be released to every device very soon.  If you contact them, they may be willing to push it to your devices.

No, that's not the latest firmware for the 1000 series.  It's 5.1.7 (Build: 4666EX.1311) or newer.

Maybe Polycom can help fix the mess of firmware file location and ease of access. Listing firmware via outdated forum posts and not showing latest firmware in obitalk.com is not helpful...

Would you be so kind to point me to the location for the latest firmware?
If I do install it, will I hit this symptom? https://www.obitalk.com/forum/index.php?topic=13463.0

I don't find it at any of these locations:
https://www.obitalk.com/info/faq/Troubleshooting-sec/How-do-I-automate-upgrades points to dated firmware links
https://www1.obitalk.com/obinet/pg/itspportal/fwinfo  shows 5-1-8-4643.fw
https://www.obitalk.com/forum/index.php?topic=9.0 forum post from 2010 is where I used to go :)
http://www.obitalk.com/forum/index.php?topic=8983.0 appears to be dated June 2016
http://fw.obihai.com/OBiPhone-latest.fw?v=2  looks promising, but How do I know what version it is???
http://fw.obihai.com/ points me to http://www.obitalk.com/forum/index.php?topic=9.0
why not put it on the product page > https://www.obitalk.com/info/products/obi1032  ???????

If google can't find it... how can I?
https://www.google.com/search?q=obihai+firmware&oq=obihai+firmware

I've been using Obihai products for well over five years, getting the firmware has always been annoying.

That's probably not what you're looking for either:

Probably not what you want. That says version 5.0.4 (Build: 4030EX.1311).

Well anyone landing here looking for latest firmware... here it is.

Thanks to Dan-Voip for posting in this thread http://www.obitalk.com/forum/index.php?topic=12455.0

This firmware is fixed one way audio on google voice and a new issue that caused outbound calls to fail.

EDIT: Epic fail Obihai. Google voice is not working with new firmware either :(
Ah, the price of free! I don't think Obihai should be able to claim compatible with
Google voice, unless they change it to "occasionally compatible with Google Voice".

Way too much time waisted hunting for solutions, with no support from Obihai.

Something is affecting my GV - not able even dial out nor get calls from people. :(
Up to few days ago all was good.
