Does the 508 have new firmware compatible with Google Voice?   Since about two weeks, I only have one way audio on outgoing calls and I can't hear other party.

Last time the firmware was updated was December 04, 2014, 08:34:23 am.

I got a hold of support and they fixed that issue on my 508 a couple minutes ago.
They pushed a firimware update mine is now 4.0.5 (Build: 5903EX).

Second this & same problem.  Seems like my 202 on 3.2.2 (Build: 5898EX) is working OK with GV, but my 508 is on 4.0.5 (Build: 5872EX) and can't hear calling party on outbound calls.  Inbound calls seems to be OK.  Tried factory reset method and reset the accounts from scratch and still no joy.  Tried dialing the GV number from the handset and using option 2 to place the outbound call and that seems to get calls out, but wow what a pain!

Iceman or anyone in support - How do we get 5903EX?  Do we need to call support?  Can we download and do it manually?  Will you push this soon? I have three 508 devices I need to do at three locations.

can you log into your device with its ip address?
This is where you have to go to see the checkmark and config current.
If you can see reboot required it is ready for a firmware update, so just click reboot right above it.

UPDATE:  Obi508 is fixed!  4.0.5 (Build: 5903EX).  

You may need to submit a support ticket to Obi to update.

After update 4.0.5 (Build: 5903EX) the physical SP7 and SP8 no longer can place outgoing call.
Ports SP1 - SP6 work as expected.

Note in the log when placing an outgoing call:

WORKING from SP6
12:09:35   From PH6   To SP6(+14155958653)
12:09:36      Ringing
12:09:41      Call Connected
12:09:55   Call Ended

Not Working SP8
13:16:55   From PH8   To GT8(+14155958653)
13:16:56      Ringing
13:16:56      Call Connected
13:17:00      Call Ended

Note the 'SP6' and 'GT8'

Please advice.

Can some one post "4.0.5 (Build: 5903EX)" so others like me can remedy our 508's (broken by PolyHai/Google) a couple of weeks ago. e.g.  mine still on 5872, and won't "auto upgrade/update"  TIA.

You have to file a ticket with your obi number. It usually took them 24-48 hours to update my 508s Grin.

Please be kind and post/share the FW.  I tried to send msgs to you (PM), but the forum msg sys is broken! 
If you can PM me, I'd appreciate the FW 4.05 (b. 5903EX).  TIA.
