I've had the phone for a few months and absolutely loved it. I recently moved offices and after plugging the phone in waited for the screen to turn on. It never did and still hasn't. The phone can still place and receive calls, but the whole point of the phone was the screen and operating system. I've called the number several times and left messages. I've left support tickets. No one has emailed me back, no one has called me back. I need a new phone or a fix for this screen issue please. I'm still well into my warranty and would like someone with experience to assist me if possible. From the company or otherwise makes no difference to me. I greatly appreciate any help in the matter.

If you have not already done so, make sure you are using the correct power supply and that the outlet you are using is live.

It is also possible that the connector or power supply wire is damaged.

Yes,

Unfortunately I am using the proper power supply and the cord has been tested on other similar wattage devices with success. I believe it's something with the actual screen itself. Another odd point to illuminate is that i've kept the phone in pristine condition. I haven't even removed the film on the screen. It's only a few months old.

I appreciate your input! I will go through the cord again and test another one of similar voltage to see if i can identify the issue on your point.

If it is only a few months old, then open a warranty claim on it.  "No user serviceable parts inside".

If the outlet was not live the phone would not be able to make and receive calls.  And it is extremely unlikely that a damaged connector or power supply wire would cause a blank screen on an OBiphone that can make and receive calls.

You are right. I didn't see the part where the phone was still making and receiving calls.
