Short version:  I cant add the OBI to my Dash

Long version:

I tried resetting both the network and the obi, and while i can get an IP address as seen above, I cant dial that **9 222 222 222 number and cant add the obi to my network.

UPDATE:   Tried once again before hitting post on this and it finally worked?  After about 20 tries.  Dont give up!
